100% Low Price Guarantee / Price Match

A Modern Space wants your business, we want your dollar to go further, and we want you to be able to support a Canadian-based company confident that you will be receiving the lowest price available. If you do find a lower "To-Your-Door" advertised price we will match the competitor's price. The "To-Your-Door" price is the total price of the order delivered to your door, including product costs, tax, shipping and/or handling fees. The competitor must be based in North America and an authorized retailer for the manufacturer. The product must be identical, including being built to North American specifications. A Modern Space must be able to directly verify the competitor's price with a uniquely identifiable invoice, emailed to info@amodernspace.ca, dated prior to A Modern Space purchase. The competitor’s invoice must include actual shipping and handling costs (shipping estimates are not acceptable).

The 100% Low Price Guarantee excludes price matching on clearance and closeout items. Some manufacturers specify the retail prices of their products. In such cases, we can do no better than match the prices of our competitors, as dictated by the manufacturer. Other restrictions may apply.
