3. To Enter: Follow guidelines stated. 
4. Random Drawing: One prize winner (unless otherwise specified) will be selected from among all combined eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final and binding in all aspects regarding this drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prizes/Odds: Grand Prize (1): No cash equivalent, prize is non-transferable.  Delivery fees, any travel and transportation costs associated with redeeming the prize, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If winner cannot accept a prize as stated, within 30 days after the draw date, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner.
